This notice applies to the JGS Flow website and the CertCrush certification-study app lineup. JGS Flow and CertCrush are operated by JGS Cloud Compliance, LLC.

Information you provide

• Feedback, feature requests, screenshots you voluntarily provide, or app-store support context you choose to send.

Website and hosting information

The site may generate basic hosting, security, and server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL, and timestamps. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.

CertCrush app data

CertCrush apps are designed for local study. Study activity such as practice progress, scores, flashcards, and exam results is intended to stay on the device unless a specific app release states otherwise. JGS Flow does not present a central account system for CertCrush on this site.

App-store purchases

CertCrush purchases, downloads, refunds, receipts, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process purchase, device, and account information under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

• To respond to support requests, product questions, bug reports, feedback, and app-store-related inquiries.
