These Terms apply to the JGS Flow website and the CertCrush certification-study app lineup. JGS Flow and CertCrush are operated by JGS Cloud Compliance, LLC.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, compliance, certification, exam, or business advice.

CertCrush apps

CertCrush apps are independent certification-study tools. They are provided for educational and practice purposes only. They are not exam dumps, do not claim to contain real exam questions, and do not guarantee a passing exam score, certification award, employment result, or acceptance by any third party.

Purchases and refunds

CertCrush app purchases, downloads, refunds, receipts, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. App-store terms and refund policies control those transactions.

License and use

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, software products and app content are licensed for personal or internal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing datasets from app content or site materials except where applicable law expressly permits.

No guarantees

JGS Flow does not guarantee app-store availability, app-store approval, platform behavior, ranking, revenue, certification exam results, or third-party platform decisions. App features, titles, pricing, descriptions, and availability may change over time.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the design, copy, graphics, app content, screenshots, software materials, and site materials are owned by JGS Cloud Compliance, LLC or its licensors. Do not reproduce or redistribute site or app materials without permission.

Third-party names

Third-party certification names, exam codes, trademarks, platforms, and company names remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify relevant certifications, technologies, or app-store platforms. CertCrush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those certification owners unless explicitly stated.

Other JGS offerings

Other JGS offerings, including PROVE and JGS Tech Consult, are governed by their own sites, scopes, and terms.

Availability and changes

The site, app lineup, features, pricing, descriptions, and availability may change over time. JGS Flow may update these Terms when needed.
